Anna Farley's parents met in the fifth year at a Pureblood ball. Her Mother was in Hufflepuff and her Father in Slytherin. They fell in love and have been together ever since. They're first child, William Farley, Anna's older brother was born and about a year later Anna was born. Anna picked up both Hufflepuff and Slytherin traits, but in the end she was sorted in to Hufflepuff, along with her brother.
Since there is very little age difference between Anna and Will, they became close, but not too close as they were still both very different. Anna cares about her brother emensely and has been known to dislike any other females that get close to him. She likes to annoy her brother sometimes (especially when he is with girls) and at times, goes to him for help.
Anna's Father owns his own Magical Supplies store in Diagon Alley. Her mother stays home but often helps out with the store. Anna's father is planning on passing the family store to William, though she isn't sure it's what he wants. Anna loves flying and has been soaring about since the age of two, when her father bewitched large saucers and flew her around on them. She is currently the seeker on the Hufflepuff quidditch team and enjoys it very much, except for her cleansweep 11 broomstick, which she udderly hates so she is saving up to buy an ever-great Firebolt.
When Anna and Will were young (7 or 8) their father insisted on teaching them simple spells without a wand. Because of this Anna is excellent at all wandwork classes such as Transfiguration and Charms. Anna has great difficulty with Potions and Herbology, and has managed to melt 8 cauldrons and kill 12 plants in all her years at Hogwarts.
